I do product design and it works. Well... most of the time. That's the industry of continuous learning and innovation, and it's nearly impossible to predict how users will interact with a product under rapidly changing circumstances. But what we can do is keep committing to our craft and our products — making them better and better, pivoting and starting from scratch, failing, winning, and learning.
